The long arm of Kids of the Wild, outdoor lifestyle blog

If you would like to work with Kids of the Wild I’d love to hear from you.

I’m Lucy Holmes (Brown), Mum to one (my cancer-surviving warrior girl), lover of all things outdoors and the blogger, writer & creator behind Kids of the Wild.

Started in 2016, the blog aims to help families get outdoors and connect with nature.

I am also the Outdoor Adventure Columnist at BritMums and was commissioned in 2019 to write for The Times newspaper about my daughter’s cancer journey from diagnosis in 2017 to current remission. I’m also a published poet in an anthology Musings on Mothering
